ICC Excellence Awards
The ICC-Teacher of the Year (TOY) Award was established in 2024 to recognise outstanding pedagogical practices in and contributions to the teaching of ICC courses. This award is open to all full-time ICC instructors, including ICC Specialists, ICC Lecturers, and NTU full-time faculty teaching ICC courses.
Up to 2 recipients will be picked annually - 1 for ICC Lecturers / Specialists & 1 for full-time NTU faculty.

The ICC Most Caring Teacher (MCT) Award was established in 2025 to honour and celebrate ICC instructors who exemplify exceptional empathy, patience, respect, dedication, and genuine concern for their students’ learning and well-being. It recognises that truly effective teaching goes beyond academic instruction by fostering a supportive, inclusive, and inspiring environment for students to learn, explore, and grow.
Up to 2 recipients will be picked annually - 1 for ICC Lecturers / Specialists / full-time NTU faculty & 1 for part-time instructors.

It also acknowledges the significant improvements they have driven and the countless hours they have devoted to advancing educational outcomes across ICC courses.
